Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Opened or used cleaning solutions.

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at customer.care@bonastreusa.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged or defective product.

  • The packaging (if the damage occurred during shipping).

  • The shipping label (if applicable).

This will allow us to assess the issue and determine the best resolution, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or further assistance.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original. Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll be refunded.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., customer changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Restocking Fee & Refund Policy:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returned items that are not damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and post refunds.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at customer.care@bonastreusa.com.
