We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at customer.care@bonastreusa.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of:

The packaging (if the damage occurred during shipping).

The shipping label (if applicable).
This will allow us to assess the issue and determine the best resolution, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or further assistance.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original. Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll be refunded.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., customer changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Restocking Fee & Refund Policy:

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returned items that are not damaged or defective.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
