Store owner replied: Hello Richard, The Orbiponge is not designed to remove hard water deposits on its own. For hard water buildup, we recommend using it with B-Scrub, which is a great combination for this type of cleaning. Another option is our Crystal pad, which is specifically designed to remove hard water deposits. Please note that if the glass is etched, the damage cannot be removed with cleaning products.
