HOW IT WORKS:
Apply B-Scrub, attach a pad to the holder, scrub, rinse, and dry. The combination of B-Scrub with specialized scrubbing pads breaks down buildup that chemicals alone can't remove.

For stubborn hard water deposits, use the Crystal Pads wet — soak, attach to holder, scrub, and rinse.

For stainless steel, use the Crystal Pad wet and follow the grain direction.

Both pads must be used wet. Rinse pads thoroughly after each use.

Our products remove surface buildup such as hard water deposits and limescale. They do not restore glass that has permanent etching or damage, as this is part of the glass itself and not a surface deposit.

Will this remove cloudiness on my glass?

This kit removes hard water deposits and soap scum sitting on the surface of the glass. It will not repair permanently etched or damaged glass — etching is damage to the glass itself, not a buildup on top of it.

How do I know if it's hard water buildup or etching?

• Feel it: Rough or chalky = likely hard water deposits (removable). Perfectly smooth = may be etching (permanent).
• Wet it: Looks much clearer wet = hard water. Still cloudy wet = may be etching.
• Check the edges: Clearer at the edges than the center = likely buildup. Same haze everywhere = may be etching.

Many glass surfaces have both. This kit will restore the removable buildup — etched areas, if present, will remain.
